On the schedule you will notice underneath each day there is green text signifying how much money is going to be earned from appointments that day. 

For the daily total amount, we take the orders from the day and combine the order subtotals. However, this calculation does not include appointments for the estimate order type, as payments are usually not collected on estimates, or estimate, rework or pickup appointment types. As soon as that order is turned into a work order or invoice, the total for that order will be included in the daily total. 

The total also looks at how many appointments that order has. If an order has multiple appointments, the total due for that order will be equally divided up between each appointment.
