NEW

  • Updated UI for Duplicates page in the settings to make the experience of finding and fixing duplicate accounts easier
  • Added new help resource center (replaces old help menu)
  • SendJim integration will now automatically sync new accounts created in ServiceMonster
  • SendJim integration now creates an Account Activity when new accounts are synced with SendJim to show the results of the export. If an account fails to sync with SendJim, this will show what caused the failure (e.g. invalid postal code, etc)

FIXES

  • Fixed an issue where some user’s Arrival Windows setting would get reset back to default settings intermittently
  • Editing an existing payment now properly updates the order balance due immediately
  • Dragging and dropping an appointment to a new date/time/route will no longer show “invalid date” on the hover details
  • Large imports handled via the mobile app will no longer have a timeout error
  • Attempting to upload an image file type that is unsupported will now properly throw an error message
  • Fixed an issue where clicking the details tab on a New Order prior to saving caused a 2nd New Order to open'
  • Google Calendar sync will no longer fail if quotation marks are present in the appointment notes
  • Prospect accounts grids will now properly show updated email addresses
  • Data import tool will now import Last Invoice Amount field even when formatted as currency
  • Updated commissions to better reflect discounts when applying a base commission rate
  • Appointment Reminder notification settings modal UI and formatting update
  • Lead sheet duplicate account tab UI improved so that long overflow text no longer breaks the page layout
