When logging into SM Pay's online portal, you may be asked for a passcode. Depending on your device, you can usually located it in one of 3 places.
iOS/Apple products: you'll find it within the Keychain app.
For Android products: This will usually be found in one of 2 locations:
Microsoft Authenticator
Google Authenticator
